Billing Tab

The tasks and information on this tab are replicated from the job.

One line is created for each task in a job. You can bill to an estimate, actual, or personal rate, or not bill at all.

Billing makes "suggestions" based on all of the facts that TrafficLIVE knows; however, you have the option to choose something different. You can part-bill, percentage-bill, full-bill up front, or bill upon completion.

Stages and Tasks

The grid consists of stages and tasks. Task can optionally sit within a stage. Other than a name, a stage has no attributes; it is the subtotal of hours and fees for the corresponding tasks.
